Listen to Goodge Law’s Mike Greenstein interviewed by Julia Hartley-Brewer from LBC about the Government’s position on proposed changes to the current ‘no win no fee’ legislation have been in the news recently. The Government has been attacking personal injury solicitors for pursuing claims on behalf of their clients, without explaining that these officers of the court are the last line of defence for many innocent victims.
