In the UK, a Conditional Fee Agreement describes the agreement made between a law firm and their clients where the law firm acts on behalf of the client and is only paid if the outcome of the claim is successful. Some people also describe this agreement as a No Win-No Fee Agreement or a No Fee-No Win Agreement.
“Mike Greenstein (Goodge Law Solicitors) called me back in Germany after I tried to find a solicitor online to help me with an injury claim in London. The advice and information he gave me was very profound and helpful. I had an EXCELLENT impression and can only recommend Mike and his law firm! Thank you Mike Greenstein!”
