ACCIDENTS AND INJURIES
Getting Moving
1. You should report your injuries to your GP as soon as possible unless you were taken to hospital at the time of the accident.
2. Keep a list (plus any receipts, if possible) of all your expenses incurred in connection with your accident. For example, you may claim for prescription charges, travel expenses, damaged clothing as well as loss earnings or overtime.
3. Make sure you note the names and addresses of any witnesses to the accident.
4. Take photographs of the accident site such as the road layout, faulty paving stone or equipment.
