Accident Claims - If you have had an accident and it was someone else's fault, you may be able to claim compensation. If the accident was more than three years ago, you may be too late, but you may still be able to make a claim. However, if you were under the age of 18 when it occurred, then you have three years from the age of 18 to make your claim.

We offer all initial telephone enquiries free. However, it is useful if you check if you have any household or other insurance policies which may cover the cost of litigation or you can take out insurance just to cover the risk of losing your claim.

Unlike other types of Court disputes, you cannot recover your own legal costs from the other side in the dispute. Any lawyers' fees will have to be paid by you privately or taken from any compensation award you receive.
